Are you ready to revolutionize the market with innovative solutions? We're a product company that's changing the game with our multi-national debt collection platform, built on Ruby on Rails, VueJS, and AWS. Our Data and Behavioral Science teams are harnessing the power of Python to analyze and enrich our data. As we continue to grow, we need a skilled Workflow Engineer to join our Behavioral Science team and help us optimize our customer communication strategy.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, optimize, and maintain our innovative AI-powered workflow structure
  • Create workflow extensions and new workflows to enhance customer communication
  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Science team to further develop our product
  • Analyze workflow performance using tools like Grafana
  • Use Python to debug and analyze data flowing through our workflows
  • Communicate with other teams to clarify technical and work-related details
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong understanding of Python (Pandas and Numpy) and SQL
  • Experience in data flow management, data analysis, project or process optimization management, or a similar field
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with strong logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a precise, structured way of working
  • Technical affinity and a quick grasp of new things
  • Excellent English language skills, with German a plus
