Key Account Manager DACH

We are Sinch, a leading provider of mobile engagement solutions. Our mission is to help businesses communicate with customers on a global scale. We are now seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the DACH region. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their business goals are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our sales team, product managers, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the DACH region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to facilitate product expansion and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering proactive and enduring relationships with clients.
  • Handle renewals, negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize the offering.
  • Regularly meet clients, attend industry-relevant events, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain and update internal CRM systems, providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years of key account management or sales, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to conceptualize the technical and commercial values of our offering.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Willingness to travel on demand.
