Job Description

Envipco is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team in Osnabrück, Germany.

About the Role:

  • Provide first-line support for local colleagues on Microsoft Dynamics 365 related issues.
  • Contribute to the definition, setup, and support of company-wide business processes.
  • Develop and optimize process models based on Microsoft Dynamics systems and modules, including third-party add-ons.
  • Design and manage business reports, views, and dashboards.
  • Offer pre- and post-Go-Live end-user support for people, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure business continuity by analyzing needs, designing, executing, planning, implementing, and documenting processes.
  • Apply Value Stream Mapping to eliminate inefficiencies and waste in processes.
  • Lead the KAIZAN circle of continuous improvement in applicable business areas.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to gather requirements, controls, and reporting needs.
  • Proactively engage with Business Process Owners.
  • Work effectively with internal colleagues and external consultants to deliver projects and solutions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful information delivery.
  • Align with the overall Company IT budget.
  • Report to the IT Manager Europe and collaborate with the IT team in the USA.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of FSM, CRM, and ERP business processes in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to translate user requirements into solid business processes and procedures.
  • Long-term experience with project and process realizations in finance.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or German is a plus.
  • International end-user support capability and professional experience.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growing companies with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to take responsibility.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • EU driving license holder, able to travel across Europe.
  • Able and willing to work outside standard office hours due to high teamwork integration.
  • Knowledge of Prince2, Agile/Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
