Human Resources Consultant for Regional Development

As an HR expert for personnel and organizational development in our Western Europe region, you will have the opportunity to work independently and develop new HR processes and tools. Your tasks will include determining training and development needs for regional and local teams, developing individual training measures, and supporting managers in assessing performance and promoting the continuous development of employees. You will also be responsible for initiating and supporting change management activities and projects, managing post-merger integration processes, and carrying out HR analyses and creating meaningful reports to support strategic decisions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, education, business administration with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification. At least three years of practical experience in human resources or change management in an international environment is desirable. You should have strong communication skills in German and English, as well as experience in conducting training sessions for different target groups. Additionally, you should be well-versed in project and change management and be able to approach complex processes in a structured manner.
