About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Director to join our team at Remote. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Ensure that our products meet market needs, are positioned effectively, and achieve their revenue and market share goals. Define and execute strategies needed to reach different customer segments, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your work and attract, convert, and retain customers.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train new Product Marketing team members, establish team goals, and ensure performance aligns with these goals. Foster collaboration within the team and across customer groups.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales and product development teams to define marketing materials and programs, manage vendor contracts and relationships, and communicate marketing plans and results to senior executives.
Marketing Campaigns and Programs:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.
- Scale product awareness and adoption through joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Create new incentives, offers, programs, etc. to drive engagement with partners.
- Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and understanding of our industry.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in product marketing, product management, operational roles, or strategy consulting.
- Experience building and managing teams in a fast-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong analytical mindset.
- A strategic, result-driven leader who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing working closely with sales teams.
- Familiarity with working on a remote or distributed team.
Compensation and Benefits:
Remote offers a competitive salary range of $144,650-$203,400 USD, determined by role, level, and location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
