Head of Product

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to join our team at Cherry Ventures. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of leading product teams and driving innovation. You will be responsible for shaping our product vision, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Product Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product features and functionalities that meet the needs of our customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing product team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform product decisions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can inform product development.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leading product teams and driving innovation.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the product development process, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed product decisions.
