Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify root causes of client safety and productivity challenges.
  • Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioral-based safety, PSM, or operational excellence.
  • Develop and mobilize team work plans to deliver effectively.
  • Work with team members to build their capabilities and deliver better value to clients.
  • Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology.
  • Experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change.
  • Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
  • Experience managing complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements.
  • Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence.
  • Fluent German speaker, also proficient in English, with the ability to communicate and work with a wide range of cultures and nationalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
