Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager - Safety and Operations Excellence Consulting to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and subject matter experts to identify and address client safety and productivity challenges. You will work directly with clients to understand their pain points and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of consultants and subject matter experts to identify and address client safety and productivity challenges
- Work directly with clients to understand their pain points and develop effective solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and implement solutions in safety culture and/or behavioral-based safety, PSM, or operational excellence
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology
- Experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives
- Experience and understanding of subject matters around either safety or operational excellence
- Fluent German speaker, also proficient in English
