Safety and Operations Excellence Consulting Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Safety and Operations Excellence Consulting team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, with previous experience in operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change. They will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, working directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions, and leading the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify root causes of client safety and productivity challenges
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence
- Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships
- Master's degree in Engineering/HSE/Business/Occupational Psychology
- Experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants
- Experience managing complex projects from end to end
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence
- Fluent German speaker, with proficiency in English and ability to communicate with a wide range of cultures and nationalities
