Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager - Safety & Operations Excellence Consulting to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and subject matter experts to identify and solve client safety and productivity challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to analyse client metrics and observations, and create solutions to meet their needs.
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop effective solutions.
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence.
- Develop and implement work plans to mobilise the team and deliver effectively.
- Build the capabilities of your team and deliver better value to clients.
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.
- A Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology.
- Experience in management consulting with exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change.
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
- Experience in managing complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements.
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence, and ability to leverage it externally.
- Fluent German speaker, with proficiency in English and ability to communicate with a wide range of cultures and nationalities.
- Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
