Safety and Operations Excellence Consulting Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and subject matter experts to identify and solve client safety and productivity challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of consultants and subject matter experts to deliver solutions to clients
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop solutions
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence
- Develop and implement work plans to deliver effective solutions
- Manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, Business, or Occupational Psychology
- Experience in management consulting with a focus on operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants
- Experience in managing complex projects from end to end
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence
- Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills
