- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
- 5-6 years of professional experience in customer engagement, commercial strategy, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital customer relationship management and communication approaches in the digital entertainment or eCommerce environment
- Experience with project management and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
