Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer lifecycle management strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our customer contact strategy to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of professional experience in customer engagement, commercial strategy, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital customer relationship management and communication approaches in the digital entertainment or eCommerce environment
  • Experience with project management and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
