Ambulatory Care Manager

Caritasverband Marburg e. V. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join its team as a Deputy Nursing Director for its ambulatory care services in Marburg-Schröck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Nursing Director to oversee the management and regular evaluation of the care process.
- Contribute to the development of care plans, conduct regular care visits, and provide deputy leadership to the care team.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high-quality care that meets professional, legal, and economic standards.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive care documentation.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, therapists, and colleagues to provide responsible and constructive care.
Requirements:
- A completed education in healthcare and nursing (male/female) or gerontology (male/female).
- Desirable but not mandatory: a completed advanced training in nursing management or a degree in healthcare science.
- Ideally, you will have experience in ambulatory care, be familiar with wound and stoma management, and be eager to take on deputy leadership roles.
- You will be characterized by high social competence, empathy, and a sensitive approach to our patients and their families.
- You will possess the ability to advise and guide our patients and their families with empathy and patience.
- A valid driver's license (class B) will complete your profile.
