Requirements
- Completed education as a healthcare professional (e.g., nurse, caregiver) or equivalent.
- Desirable: completion of a leadership development program or a degree in healthcare management.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care, familiarity with wound and stoma management, and a willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients and their families.
- Ability to provide patient education and guidance with compassion and patience.
- Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to drive for work-related purposes.
