We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to take on the responsibilities of Deputy Nursing Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Nursing Director to oversee the management and evaluation of our care services
- Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans, as well as conducting regular visits to ensure the highest level of care
- Providing guidance and support to our care team, including training and mentoring

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our patients, their families, and our healthcare partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing or a related field
- Experience in ambulatory care, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in German language
