Sustainability Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Assistant to join our Global Corporate Sustainability Team at SAP. As a Sustainability Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Sustainability Officer with various tasks, including preparing customer meetings, speaking opportunities, and internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Sustainability Officer with various tasks, including preparing customer meetings, speaking opportunities, and internal meetings.
• Create social media posts on demand based on briefings from the team, focusing on event reviews, promotion of sustainability news and achievements, and endorsement of partnerships.
• Conduct research on trending sustainability studies, reports, and thought leadership content, and draft commentary posts.
• Be an active part of SAP's global corporate sustainability team, contributing to the development and implementation of sustainability strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Communication Studies, CSR/Sustainability Management, or related fields.
• Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong social media skills, preferably with experience on LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
• Ability to break down complex topics for various target groups and stakeholders.
• Passion for sustainability, team player attitude, and organized work style.
