Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our solutions by our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to customers to ensure successful adoption of our solutions
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
