Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sich für die Herausforderung im Vertrieb begeistern kann. Als Sales Development Representative bei 8returns bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich für die Automatisierung von Retourenprozessen für E-Commerce-Unternehmen einsetzt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Als Vertriebsentwickler wirst du wichtige Aufgaben übernehmen, um unser Wachstum zu unterstützen. Dazu gehören:

  • Identifizierung und Kontaktierung potenzieller Kunden
  • Qualifizierung von Interessenten und Erstellung von Angebotsvorlagen
  • Ausbau unserer Pipeline durch langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden
  • Arbeit mit unserem Sales- und Marketing-Team, um unsere Outreach-Strategie zu optimieren

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen

Wir erwarten von dir:

  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Lead-Generierung
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, Menschen anspruchsvoll ansprechen zu können
  • Drive und Motivation, Herausforderungen anzunehmen und nicht aufzugeben
  • Neugier und Interesse daran, Probleme unserer Kunden zu verstehen und Lösungen zu präsentieren
  • Kenntnisse von CRM-Tools wie Pipedrive, HubSpot oder LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
