About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Leadership Development to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our leadership development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement leadership development programs that align with our company's strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Design and deliver training courses on leadership, management, and business skills, using a variety of teaching methods and tools.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans to meet the needs of our leaders and employees.
  • Collaborate with our trainer departments to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, social sciences, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, training, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
