Job Summary

As a Leadership Development Specialist at Sky Deutschland GmbH, you will play a key role in shaping our leadership development offering. Your responsibilities will include setting up and conducting leadership assessments, advising managers on our offering, and supporting the implementation of our annual People Survey. You will also be responsible for creating appealing information materials and contributing to the preparation of digital learning formats on our learning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and conduct leadership assessments to support our managers
  • Advise managers on our leadership development offering
  • Support the implementation of our annual People Survey
  • Create appealing information materials to support our learning platform
  • Contribute to the preparation of digital learning formats on our learning platform

Requirements
  • Enrolled at a university with a focus on leadership development or personnel development
  • Experience in leadership development or personnel development
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Experience with learning management systems and/or learning experience platforms
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills in German and English
