Job Opportunity: Intern/Working Student Talent Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern/Working Student Talent Management. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs, including assessments and training sessions
  • Support the development of learning materials, including presentations and digital content
  • Collaborate with trainers, HR business partners, and technical experts to ensure seamless program execution
  • Contribute to the organization and communication of our annual People Survey, including data analysis and presentation of results
  • Work closely with managers to advise on our offering and support the derivation of measures from survey results
Requirements:
  • Enrolled at a university, with a focus on leadership development, personnel development, or a related field
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to approach tasks in a structured and methodical way
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, with a high degree of initiative and a talent for problem-solving
  • Experience with learning management systems and/or learning experience platforms is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and other tools such as Adobe Cloud and Miro
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work in a team environment
