Leadership Development at Siemens AG

As a Strategic Leadership Development Specialist at Siemens AG, you will play a key role in supporting the improvement of leadership performance through globally recognized leadership development programs. Your responsibilities will include accompanying and implementing SLE pipeline programs, ensuring their successful execution and impact. You will also design and coordinate further leadership development interventions, identify and curate strategically relevant content for leadership development, and lead projects focused on leadership topics in the context of transformation. Additionally, you will foster engagement and collaboration with stakeholders and communities across the corporation to design, implement, and coordinate effective leadership development measures globally. Your expertise in developing leaders, particularly in a technology environment, will be invaluable in this role. You will work closely with internal and external partners, including business schools, subject matter experts, coaches, agencies, and service providers involved in programs and projects. Your ability to analyze, prepare, and interpret relevant data to measure the success and impact of leadership development initiatives will be essential in optimizing and developing new initiatives. Finally, you will provide assistance in targeted communication strategies within (sub-)projects, empowering both internal and external stakeholders in the context of strategic leadership development at Siemens AG.

Requirements
  • A University degree in Business Administration/ MBA or Organizational Psychology, as well as relevant professional experience and specialized trainings
  • Several years of expertise in developing leaders, particularly in a technology environment. Comfort in interacting with executives and high profile talents
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and partners as well as project work, including management and leadership of strategic (sub-)projects
  • Extensive experience in designing innovative, impactful and scalable formats for leadership development
  • Experience in project management. International project experience is a plus
  • Deep passion and curiosity about handling and analyzing data to derive insights for further consulting of management as well as P&O business partners
  • Strong communication and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
