Territory Account Manager

**About the Role**

We're seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team at Approach People Recruitment. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers in the Bavaria region of Germany.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers and panel builders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales growth
* Utilize CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
* Fluency in German and English
* Ability to work from a home office
* Current and valid driver's license
* Resilient and proactive with a hunter mentality
