Job Summary

The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory. This role will involve managing existing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans
    • Establish and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve sales goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Existing Accounts
    • Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of Novogene Europe's products and services to provide accurate information to clients and customers.
    • Develop and maintain long-term profitable relationships with existing accounts.
  • Expand Customer Base
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
    • Develop and execute plans to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Travel and Remote Work
    • Travel required to meet with clients and customers.
    • Independent, working remotely out of home office.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Master degree in a relevant field is required.
    • Previous experience in sales and business development is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Native or business level German speaking is a must.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Demonstrated success in generating new customer leads and building a business.
    • Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
