Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Work closely with channel partners and distributors to develop and execute joint sales strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial or commercial building market.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment, with a valid driver's license.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a sales role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
