About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Global Track Warehouse Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development and sales
