Business Development Specialist

Global Track Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to support our sales and operating tasks as part of the customer-facing component of our company. This role will involve business development that requires work identifying accounts, creating presentations and proposals, scheduling and attending client meetings, tracking projects, and post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Support: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive company objectives and support business development.
  • Client Engagement: Identify potential accounts, create and present proposals, schedule and attend meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project and Post-Sale Management: Oversee projects from initiation to post-sales support, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
  • Warranty Management: Handle warranty claims, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Analysis: Analyze operations and product lines to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the Agriculture sector.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German, French, and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
