Employee Relations Specialist Germany (m/w/d), Frankfurt am Main

As a member of our Colleague & Labor Relations department, you will work closely with business leaders, the Country Executive Team, and other departments to drive our proactive CLR agenda. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the works council consultation on key initiatives
  • Providing guidance on collective and individual labor law aspects for Germany and Austria
  • Developing and updating works council agreements, contract templates, and guidelines
  • Managing local Health and Safety activities
  • Identifying trends and implementing proactive solutions for the lines of business
  • Providing support for managing disciplinary cases
  • Participating in global CLR initiatives and projects

What you bring:

  • University degree in law or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles
  • Advanced knowledge of German collective and individual labor law
  • Experience working with German works councils, preferably in a highly matrixed multi-national environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to focus on both detail and broader implications of issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
