Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Doctolib is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and social selling
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
