Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Supervising and supporting new growth partnerships to increase revenue and enhance brand positioning
- Preparing for and participating in industry fairs related to e-mobility, PV, storage, and new energy models across GM Markets
- Working on hardware products, including the SB-10, SB-10 Performance, and Flexstack
- Proactively managing escalated issues, including after-sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes
- Building and managing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches, market entries, and services
- Preparing relevant documents for internal communication and reporting
- Collaborating with the marketing manager on promotional campaigns, lead quality follow-ups, and activities supporting product launches to boost brand awareness and lead generation
- Contributing to refining the 'go to market' strategy by collaborating with market intelligence, assessing market feasibility, and prospecting new partners
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales and business development
- Successful completion of university studies
- Technical experience in storage, PV, or relevant technical/hardware expertise
- Knowledge of the energy industry
- Deep sales understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent English, with additional languages a benefit
