Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 2nd Level Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide proactive and professional support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Eskalation Management: Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 100-150 customers, coordinating communication between internal departments and the customer.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve customer success processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Customer Success Experience: Proven experience in customer success or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
