Job Description

As a Customer Care Manager 2nd Level at Enpal Customer Care GmbH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support via email and inbound chat
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions
  • BUILD and maintain long-term customer relationships through empathetic interaction and individualized care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and high-quality customer service
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly demeanor and high service orientation
  • Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • We offer a hybrid, flexible work model
  • Experience in customer service or a similar field is an asset, but we also welcome newcomers
