Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 2nd Level Customer Success Manager to join our team at Enpal GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  • Eskalation Management: Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 100-150 customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication between internal departments and the customer, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Scheduling: Plan and schedule meetings and appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or related work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
