Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Suntech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new customers, and improving market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Align sales targets with customers and monitor performance month-over-month
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support to after-sale service
  • Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  • Support marketing activities and communication to improve the brand image
  • Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies
  • Collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback on front-line information
  • Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
  • Good understanding of the distribution PV market
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
  • Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
  • PV technical background is a plus
  • Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred
  • Positive, self-driven, diligent, and team player attitude
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence different customer levels
  • Fast learner with street smarts
Other Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
  • Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice
  • Located in South Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen is preferable
