Electronics Director EMEA

Our team in Leipzig is currently seeking a Commercial Director Electronics EMEA to join our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Electronics industry in EMEA.
  • Lead a high-performing team to drive sales, SPM, and other priorities.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform industry marketing strategies and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.
  • Partner with regional directors to determine and implement regional strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize potential M&A targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum university degree in Material Sciences, Electronics, or equivalent.
  • Several years of professional experience in senior leadership in the Electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with Electronics chemicals and chemical distribution industry.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a global organization.
