About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entities Clusters Program Manager to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the transformation of our IT infrastructure and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for entities clusters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives, and drive the execution of projects to deliver business value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entities program managers, CIOs, and other senior leaders, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with IT transformation projects, ensuring that all necessary controls and governance processes are in place.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to entities program managers, helping them to navigate complex IT transformation projects and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and IT landscape, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and IT transformation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT transformation, program management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading complex IT transformation projects and delivering business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
