Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Program Manager (f/m/d) to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives aligned with the Trusted Shops corporate roadmap, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and are executed efficiently and effectively.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating cross-departmental communication among leadership teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project completions. Your leadership skills will significantly contribute to enhancing our offerings and customer satisfaction by effectively bridging gaps between various functions and ensuring coherent progress towards our shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy Development: Formulate and implement program strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Collaboration with Executive Leadership: Act as a liaison between the Executive Leadership Teams and all company divisions.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Program Budget and Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals.
  • Utilization of Project Management Tools: Apply a comprehensive toolkit of project-oriented techniques and methodologies, from goal setting to project reviews.
  • Program Process Monitoring: Track program progress, challenges, and successes, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management Implementation: Minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Program Performance Evaluation: Recommend improvements for future projects.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Integrate best practices into program management processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management (managing multiple projects and initiatives) with a proven track record, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with and engaging an Executive Leadership Team / Board / C-Level executives.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Practical knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Office tools).
  • Familiarity with modern project and agile methodologies and principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2); proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
