Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive Program Manager to become an integral part of our innovative team. This position is based in Germany and requires proficiency in English for all applications.

Key Responsibilities
In this essential role, you will:

  • Oversee Program Strategies: Formulate and execute program strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Act as the key liaison between the Executive Leadership Team and various departments.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Optimize resource allocation to meet project objectives.
  • Utilize Project Management Tools: Employ a comprehensive range of project management techniques from goal setting to project evaluations.
  • Monitor Program Processes: Track and report on program progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
  • Implement Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate project delays and budget overruns.
  • Evaluate Program Performance: Suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Integrate best practices into program management methodologies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a successful track record in managing multiple projects, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Executive Leadership Teams or Board members.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Office tools).
  • Strong understanding of project and agile methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2); proficiency in another language is advantageous.
