Position Overview

Trusted Shops AG is at the forefront of trust solutions, specializing in customer review systems, buyer protection, and trustmarks. In this essential role, you will take charge of managing and synchronizing various projects and initiatives within the company’s strategic framework, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with Executive Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between the Executive Leadership Team and all departments, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are consistently met across all teams.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of program budgets and resources to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • Utilization of Project Management Tools: Employ a comprehensive array of project-oriented techniques and methodologies, from goal setting to project evaluations.
  • Risk Management Implementation: Develop strategies to mitigate project delays and cost overruns effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess program performance and provide recommendations for enhancements in future initiatives.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry developments and integrate best practices into program management processes.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in managing multiple projects within a SaaS or technology-driven context.
  • Experience working closely with Executive Leadership Teams or Board members.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Jira and MS Office tools.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary project and agile methodologies.
  • The capability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2 level).
