About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Surgical Education Program Manager at RIMASYS GmbH. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals in the surgical field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Digital Education Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive digital education strategy for surgical professionals, leveraging innovative digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, webinars, virtual simulations, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Manage Hybrid Education Programs: Design and manage hybrid education programs that combine online and in-person components for an optimal learning experience, ensuring seamless logistics for in-person training sessions, workshops, and hands-on experiences.
  • Curriculum Development and Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices in surgical education.
  • Platform Management and Innovation: Oversee the selection and management of digital platforms and tools for educational content delivery, staying informed about advancements in educational technology and recommending updates or changes to improve the learning experience.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and educational institutions, collaborating with internal teams to integrate educational programs with broader organizational goals.
  • Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Implement quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the content and delivery methods.
  • Budget Management and Optimization: Develop and manage budgets for digital and hybrid education initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
