Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive Program Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing and coordinating a variety of projects and initiatives within the Trusted Shops roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Strategy Development: Formulate and execute program strategies that resonate with the company's objectives.
- Liaison with Executive Leadership: Act as the primary contact between the Executive Leadership Team and all internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deadlines.
- Budget and Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation to meet project targets.
- Utilization of Project Management Tools: Employ a comprehensive set of project-oriented techniques and methods, from goal setting to project evaluations.
- Program Monitoring: Track and report on program progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
- Risk Management Implementation: Develop strategies to mitigate project delays and cost overruns.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess program performance and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
- Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices into program management.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record in managing multiple projects, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- At least 5 years of experience collaborating with Executive Leadership Teams or Board members.
- Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Office tools).
- Familiarity with modern project and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (C1-C2); proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
