About the Role

Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and innovate together. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive meaningful business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Figma's presence in the enterprise market, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze internal data to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to think strategically and tailor sales approaches to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Executive presence and communication skills to effectively engage with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to drive customer success and revenue growth.
