About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner sales strategy to drive business growth and customer adoption of Amazon's 200+ services.
  • Work closely with AWS Partners (System Integrators, Technology Partners, Business Consulting Partners) to build mind share and adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and global services, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to build relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Automotive and Manufacturing industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working for/with Consulting Partners or System Integrators to drive strong customer outcomes and new sales growth.
  • Experience working in the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry in a sales, business development, or partner capacity.
  • Strong channel or partner sales background, with a proven track record of deep expertise in enterprise IT transformation.
  • Deep knowledge and experience working with Automotive and/or Manufacturing partner (ISVs, G/SIs) landscape and solutions.
  • Experience with complex bid and proposal processes that bring together multiple partners to formulate and submit winning proposals.
