Highly Motivated German-speaking B2B Sales Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking B2B sales professional to join our team in Athens, Greece.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with DACH region clients
- Conduct proactive B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling
- Meet and exceed KPIs by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with clients to align their needs with our product offerings
- A competitive salary of 1,760 euros per month (14 annual payments)
- Performance bonuses up to 1,232 euros per quarter, based on KPIs
- A monthly meal voucher of 50 euros for food and groceries
- Private health and life insurance
- 25 days of annual leave for work-life balance
- A permanent full-time contract
- A hybrid work model: Work 2 days in the office and 3 remotely
- A work laptop provided
- German fluency (C1/C2) and English proficiency (B2)
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Greece
- Strong communication skills and a target-driven attitude
We offer relocation support for candidates outside Athens, including:
- Up to 300 euros for flight ticket reimbursement
- 3 weeks' hotel accommodation near the office
- Legal assistance with hiring paperwork
- Arrival in Athens 7 days before the start date for document processing
