About the Team
Our Strategy & Business Development Team takes strategic initiatives from zero to one, managing projects end-to-end and collaborating with all departments across Trade Republic.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute projects to rapidly scale our business across Europe and expand our product offering.
- Assume responsibility for high-impact end-to-end strategic projects, from thesis building to operation.
- Work closely with the management team to evaluate and drive internal and external business development opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to support crucial management decisions.
- Have insights into and influence on important management topics, such as strategic roadmap, product development, and investor relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
- First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or business development.
- Experience working in a demanding high-growth environment, with the ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding analytical skillset, with a quick understanding of new subjects and a willingness to learn and excel in a demanding startup environment.
- Ability to break down complex issues, reduce them to essential factors, and communicate them effectively.
- Self-driven personality with a 'hands-on' approach, highly professional personality with high expectations towards yourself and your work.
- Excellent German and English skills.
