About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead our dynamic team of CRM managers and drive our international newsletter growth strategy. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer communication, optimizing performance, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a holistic newsletter strategy to increase engagement, sales, and customer retention across all international markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and ensure targets are met, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals, collaborating with stakeholders to drive success.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and leadership.
  • Fluent skills in English and German, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of driving engagement, sales, and growth within newsletter marketing, with experience in managing newsletter campaigns and optimizing for mobile and scalability.
  • Proven success in audience building, A/B testing, and performance analysis, with experience in CRM systems and ESPs like Emarsys, Braze, and Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development, and a hands-on mentality.
