About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead our dynamic team of CRM managers and drive our international newsletter growth strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a holistic newsletter strategy to increase engagement, sales, and customer retention
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure targets are met
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Ensure effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM with a strong focus on performance and creativity
  • Fluent skills in English and German, paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of driving engagement, sales, and growth within newsletter marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems and ESPs Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce in a dynamic and digital environment
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development
