Wir von Hashtag You GmbH suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead CRM, der unsere globalen CRM-Aktivitäten verantwortet. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer CRM-Strategie spielen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementiere unsere CRM-Strategie, um unsere Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken und unsere Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.
  • Optimiere unsere CRM-Kanäle und -Automationen, um unsere Kunden zu binden und unsere Umsätze zu steigern.
  • Führe und entwickle unser CRM-Team, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die besten Fachleute haben, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Analysiere unsere Kunden Daten, um unsere CRM-Strategie zu optimieren und unsere Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken.
  • Verantwortest unternehmensweite Projekte im CRM-Bereich und koordinierst mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
Dein Profil
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der CRM-Branche, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden D2C-Umfeld.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, CRM-Strategien profitabel und performance-orientiert umzusetzen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und operative Erfahrung im Bereich CRM, idealerweise mit Klaviyo und Shopify+.
  • Kundenorientiertes, datengetriebenes Denken mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Bereich von CRM-Analysen, KPIs und technischer Infrastruktur.
  • Starke Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Herangehensweise mit Hands-On-Mentalität.
