We're seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead a dynamic team of five passionate CRM managers as well as drive our international newsletter growth strategy.

Your Role
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and ensure targets are met.
  • Develop a holistic newsletter strategy based on customer and business requirements to increase engagement, sales, and customer retention.
  • Plan, manage, and improve customer communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals, as well as ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Fluent skills in English and German, paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of driving engagement, sales, and growth within newsletter marketing.
  • Extensive experience in managing newsletter campaigns with a focus on mobile optimization and scalability.
  • Proven success in audience building, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ESPs Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce in a dynamic and digital environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development, and a hands-on mentality.

  • Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 60,000€ and 90,000€ gross per year.
