Deine Aufgaben werden sein:

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden CRM-Strategie, die auf unseren Marketingzielen abgestimmt ist und die Kundenbindung, -treue und -bindung fördert.
* Erstellen und Ausführen von gezielten Push-Benachrichtigungen, In-App- und E-Mail-Kampagnen, die das Nutzerengagement und die Konversionen für unsere Apps fördern.
* Analyse von Kundendaten und Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen, um unsere Marketing- und Produktteams zu informieren und Wachstumsentscheidungen zu treffen.
* Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams wie Produkt, Design, Text und Datenanalyse, um ein nahtloses Kunden-Erlebnis zu schaffen.
* Verfolgen von Branchentrends und neuen Technologien, um unsere CRM-Dienste kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
* Leitung eines Teams von CRM-Spezialisten und Sicherstellung, dass alle Kampagnen für unsere Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen effektiv und effizient durchgeführt werden.
